I guess most of us hardly realize to which extent marketeers, psychologists and other scientists are doing their very best to influence your mind, to alter your reality. “Neuromarketing” is here and as long as society is asleep, it is here to stay, and you can be sure of it that it will get stronger.
In the critical documentary “The Corporation” they show some of these practices as well, how to influence children, very cunning and sophisticated - disgusting and immoral if you ask me.
Also makes me think of any advertisement that uses the concept of “freedom”. It can’t get more cynical than that, or can it?
